Mardee Services Ltd is a family-run Loss Adjusting, Risk Management and Marine Survey company in Nairobi providing professional standards of service for international insurance companies.
Our knowledge is far-reaching with experience in handling large, complex losses throughout Africa.
Since inception, we have travelled throughout Africa handling a wide range of instructions, including Fire and Perils, Business Interruption, Contractor’s and Erection All Risks, Machinery Breakdown, Theft, Infidelity (including Financial Institutions), Public Liability (property-related) and Marine Surveys plus Risk Surveys.
We have recently formed Mardee Loss Adjusters and Insurance Surveyors Ltd, which will handle instructions from the Kenyan market, with David A. Russell BA (Hons), Cert CILA, as the Principal Officer.
All of our team are members of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) and we adhere to the strict code of conduct set out under this charter.

Immediate attendance at losses, under the control of a director with expertise available in engineering, surveying and construction, business interruption and stock control with a full range of local back-up staff.A full claims investigation and adjustment service is given from initial instruction to final settlement.
